The manufacturer permits 22 mm or 32 mm discharge pipework for the Sanishower Flat.

For a new route, we generally prefer correctly installed 32 mm pipework wherever practical because its larger internal area can reduce resistance and provide more tolerance for minor deposits.

However, correctly designed 22 mm pipework can operate reliably on this model when the route remains short, direct and free from restrictive fittings.
