The manufacturer lists 22 mm and 32 mm external discharge connections for the Sanislim.

For new installations, we generally recommend correctly installed 32 mm discharge pipework wherever practical.

The larger internal area can reduce hydraulic resistance and provide more tolerance for minor deposits within the route.

However, the complete pipe design remains more important than diameter alone.

Keep the Discharge Route Direct

The pipework should rise vertically as soon as practical before continuing with the required horizontal run, in accordance with the installation instructions.

Every fitting adds resistance. Therefore, a short and direct route supports better pumping performance.

Confirm WC Dimensions Before Installation

The 145 mm figure relates to the depth required behind a suitable WC, not to every possible WC suite or furniture arrangement.

The discharge elbow and rear connection still require adequate clearance.

For this reason, we recommend checking the chosen WC dimensions and pipe positions before completing floors, walls or permanent boxing.

Maintain Proper Service Access
