Cookie Policy for Saniflo Service Dublin
This Cookie Policy explains how Saniflo.Irish uses Website Cookies and similar technologies on sanifloservicedublin.ie. It also explains how Cookie Consent works and how you can Manage Cookie Preferences.
The policy applies to cookies, local storage, scripts, pixels, embedded content and other Cookies and Tracking Technologies that may store information on, or access information from, your device.
Some technologies are necessary for secure website operation. Other technologies are optional and remain disabled until you provide consent where consent is legally required.

What Are Cookies and Tracking Technologies?
Website Cookies are small text files placed on a browser or device. They can remember a preference, maintain security, support a requested service or help a website understand how a feature performs.
Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, scripts, pixels, tags and identifiers used by embedded services.
Some cookies last only until you close the browser. Others remain for a defined period or until they are deleted.
A cookie may be set directly by this website or by a third-party service used on a page.
Irish Cookie Consent Requirements
Irish electronic-communications rules normally require prior Cookie Consent before information is stored on, or accessed from, a visitor’s device.
A limited exemption may apply where a technology is strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service specifically requested by the visitor. This exemption is interpreted narrowly.
Where consent is required, it must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. Therefore, optional categories are not accepted merely because a visitor continues browsing, scrolls the page or ignores the banner.
Official guidance is available from the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Functional Website Cookies
Functional or strictly necessary technologies support essential website operation, security and services requested by the visitor. They may be used to:
- Store the consent preference selected
- Protect forms against automated submissions
- Maintain website and network security
- Deliver pages and requested website functions
- Remember essential interface settings
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional Cookie Consent. However, they must still be explained clearly and used only for their necessary purpose.
Preference Cookies
Preference technologies remember choices that are not essential to basic website operation. For example, they may remember a display, language or embedded-content preference.
Where preference cookies are not strictly necessary for a service requested by the visitor, they are controlled through the consent interface.
You can Manage Cookie Preferences at any time through the control provided later in this Cookie Policy.
Statistics and Analytics Cookies
Statistics technologies can help a website understand visits, page use, navigation and technical performance. Non-essential analytics normally require prior consent in Ireland.
Google Search Console is not used as a visitor-facing analytics tag. It provides aggregated search-performance reports and does not itself require us to place Google Analytics cookies in your browser.
If Google Analytics or another non-essential analytics service is added, it must appear in the current cookie list and remain blocked until valid Cookie Consent is provided.
Marketing Cookies and Tracking
Marketing technologies may be used to create profiles, measure advertising or track activity across websites. They are not necessary for a customer to request a Saniflo service.
Marketing cookies and comparable tracking will not load before valid consent where consent is required.
We do not use information submitted through a service enquiry form for unrelated advertising unless a separate and valid marketing choice has been provided.
Cloudflare Turnstile and Security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect Contact Form 7 and Quick Quote forms against spam, bots and malicious submissions.
Turnstile can process technical signals such as an IP address, browser information, TLS characteristics, the website origin and a security result. Its exact use of browser storage depends on the current Cloudflare and website configuration.
Security technologies that are strictly necessary to protect a requested form may fall within the necessary category. Their operation and classification must match the current Complianz scan.
Further information is available in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Embedded and Third-Party Content
Some pages may contain third-party reviews, YouTube videos, maps or other embedded content. A third-party service may receive technical information when its content loads.
Where an embed uses optional Cookies and Tracking Technologies, it should remain blocked until the relevant category is accepted. A placeholder may appear until consent is provided.
After you deliberately follow a link to another website, the destination provider controls its own cookies and privacy practices.
Current Website Cookies and Services
The list below is generated from the current Complianz cookie scan. It should show the provider, purpose, cookie or storage name, category and retention period where that information is available.
The list can change when the website, plugins, integrations or third-party services change. Therefore, we repeat the scan and review the classification whenever the technical setup changes.

Manage Cookie Preferences
You can accept, reject or choose optional categories through the consent interface. Necessary technologies remain active where required to provide the website or a service you requested.
You may change or withdraw Cookie Consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before the preference was changed.
Use the control below to Manage Cookie Preferences:
Browser Cookie Controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block Website Cookies. Browser settings differ, so consult the help information for your browser or device.
Blocking all cookies may affect necessary functions, consent records, form security or embedded content. Deleting cookies can also remove the stored preference and cause the banner to appear again.
Browser controls do not replace our obligation to prevent optional technologies from loading before consent where consent is required.
Consent Records and Retention
The consent system may store the preference selected, the policy or banner version, the date of the choice and a consent identifier. This helps us respect the choice and demonstrate how consent was managed.
Consent records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to demonstrate and respect the selected preference or meet an applicable legal requirement.
Individual Website Cookies and storage items have their own durations. Those durations appear in the dynamic list above where the scan provides them.
International Processing
Some third-party technology providers may process technical data outside Ireland or the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, the relevant provider should use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another recognised safeguard.
More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the website, consent configuration, plugins, services or legal requirements change.
The latest version will remain available on this page. The effective date and last-updated date will be revised when a material change is published.
A new Cookie Consent choice may be requested when the purposes, providers or optional categories change significantly.
