With our Saniflo service app you can book a service or a repair for your Saniflo unit and see the price before you book. Follow your visit and the engineer's arrival window, and keep every report and invoice in one place - on your phone.

We are a Saniflo service based in Dublin, and we do not cover the whole country yet. Put in your Eircode and we will tell you straight away - before you install anything.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR SANIFLO SERVICE IN THE APP
1. Download My Saniflo Service from the App Store or Google Play.
2. New customer? Create your account in the app - your email and mobile number are confirmed with a short code.
3. Already a customer? Choose I already have an account - sign in and use the email and password you use on this website. Booked with us by phone? Call us and we will send you a link to set a password.
4. Add your address and your Saniflo unit, then request your first service.

1. Check your Eircode
Before you install anything, check that we cover your address. It takes one Eircode, nothing else.
2. Install the app
Find My Saniflo Service in the App Store or Google Play. It is free, with no ads.
3. Domestic or Business
Domestic is your own home, where you live. A rented property, shop or office needs Business, with as many addresses as you need.
4. Register your account
Your details, a code by email and one by text, your address with the Eircode and your first Saniflo unit.
5. Book your first service
Pick a repair, an annual service or a replacement and see the price straight away, worked out from your Eircode.
6. Add your Saniflo units
Name each unit, pick the model and take a photo of the label, so your engineer knows what to expect.
7. Follow your visit
Confirm the time with one tap, see your arrival window and get a text when your engineer is on the way.
8. Documents and service history
Every visit, recommendation, report and invoice in one place, with a reminder when the next service is due.
9. How we keep you updated
Choose notifications in the app, email or text - or switch updates off. You can change it at any time.
